You would have thought after all the publicity generated by Ofcom’s UK Calling campaign there would be a lot more clarity and transparency around 0800 call costs.
Despite all the miscommunication and confusion, it’s good to see Numbergroup doing its best to inform individuals and businesses about the benefits of having an 0800 number. It’s just a shame Ofcom and the government don’t put as much effort into communicating telecom issues such as these to the public.
